Adam E. Miller, Esq. Adam Miller is a trial attorney and founding member of the law firm. Prior to founding the law firm, Adam Miller polished his skills as defense counsel for several national insurance carriers specializing in third-party liability claims. Thereafter his subrogation practice developed by representing workers compensation insurance carriers, third party adjusting companies, employers, employees and self insureds. Most recently the firm has developed its medical subrogation department by representing numerous hospitals and medical providers in their subrogation and recovery claims and cases.
Adam Miller is licensed in Florida, Georgia and U.S. District Court and he has been practicing law throughout Florida for over 15 years. Adam Miller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (B.A. 1990) and thereafter attended The Tomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan (J.D.1995). He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
Michael B. Westheimer, Esq. Michael Westheimer is an associate attorney at the law firm and handles medical subrogation and recovery, workers compensation subrogation and recovery, along with personal injury tort recovery claims. Mr. Westheimer has gained extensive knowledge in representing medical subrogation clients, workers compensation insurance carriers, third party adjusting companies, as well as his hands on application of his knowledge on tort recovery claims.
Michael Westheimer is licensed in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court. Michael Westheimer obtained undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida for Criminal Justice and Legal Studies and later graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School. He is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association and Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Patricia Egbert is the Senior Litigation Paralegal. With over 20 years of experience, she manages all phases of files in litigation. She coordinates hearings, depositions, trials and meetings with clients, as well as prepares discovery responses, and assists the attorneys in whatever is necessary to achieve a positive result through settlement, final hearings or trial.
Hannah Roberts is our Senior Recovery Manager. She assists in the delegation and oversight of the cases and claims among other staff members. Additionally she investigates claims, communicates with clients, employers, employees, carriers and witnesses, thereby playing a vital role in the recovery process.
Carolina Amaral is a Paralegal/Case Manager who has been a member of our firm since 2004. Her areas of expertise are in recovery of tort claims. She analyzes information gathered by the investigation and assists in negotiating claim settlements and recommends litigation where appropriate.
Nida Hammond is a Paralegal/Case Manager who specializes in first party tort recovery claims. She employs a variety of methods to investigate, analyze and determine liability in an effort to effect settlement with the responsible party.
Mariana Rivera is a Paralegal/Case Manager and part of our property damage recovery department. She has a wealth of knowledge about reimbursement and recovery in the specific area of property damage. She investigates, analyzes and determines liability in an effort to effect settlement with the responsible party.
Maureen Robinson is a Paralegal/Case Manager and part of our property damage recovery department. Monica Campos has been involved in the medical subrogation department of the firm since its inception. Her background in medical coding/billing provides a unique insight into medical subrogation and reimbursements. As a Paralegal/Case Manger she employs a variety of methods to investigate, analyze and determine liability in an effort to effect settlement with the responsible party.
Adriana Mira-Bueno is a Case Manager who has been with the firm since 2005 and has helped create systems and processes which have increased our productivity and efficiency. Additionally she investigates claims, communicates with clients, employers, employees, carriers and witnesses and plays a vital role in the recovery process.
Denneisha Anderson serves as the firm’s Receptionist and is primarily responsible for handling day-to-day administrative functions. Her responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s master calendar, routing telephone calls, updating and indexing case files, assisting attorneys and paralegals with document duplication and electronic retention, drafting correspondence letters and maintaining client files.

Melissa Hilaire is a Case Manager and intake specialist. She sets up and maintains our software database for the efficient collection and retrieval of claim information for staff and clients. She assists in monitoring timelines to meet internal guidelines, completes various forms and prepares and mails correspondence necessary to the efficient handling of each case or claim.
